Application Processing 

Once we receive your application and supporting documentation, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your application. You will receive an email notification regarding the acceptance of your application.

Payment and Confirmation

 If your application is approved, we kindly request you to pay any applicable deposit and one month's rental in advance. Once the payment is received, we will provide you with an access code to our secure carpark. Additionally, you will be assigned your preference of an allocated or unallocated carpark.

Monthly Payments

Moving forward, you'll be required to make monthly payments as agreed upon in your original application. Our team will provide you with all the necessary details and instructions.
